ICC Referral & Legal Action
The UED is petitioning the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate crimes against humanity stemming from the June 2021 civil unrest, where protesters and bystanders were injured or murdered by state security personnel. We are collecting 100,000 signatures to trigger a UN Security Council referral.
Opposition to the U.S. Deportation Deal
We condemn the reported agreement where Eswatini serves as a third-country deportation site for U.S. migrants in exchange for $5.1 million (as of late 2025).
